Description
Bykski Distro or distribution plates are a unique way to outfit your cooling loop. These are designed case specific to fit perfectly to create amazing cooling loops and a stunning visual look. Ports are lined up for perfect lines to each cooling device.
The Distro plate is engineered to be used with an inline pump (included) allowing you to power your entire loop right from your loop center piece.

    Return/Exchange/Shipping Policy

    Return Policy for New Products:

    Products returned for credit must be received within 30 days of the invoice, and a 15% restocking fee will apply. If your order was sent using "free shipping," the amount for outbound shipping will be deducted from your refund. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    All returned items must be in like new condition with all related parts including screws, manuals, etc. If you have lost, thrown away, scratched or opened sealed boxes or bags – a higher restock fee may apply upwards of 50%.

    If a customer is misleading about the defect and evidence of incorrect install/use or tampering has occurred, a higher restock fee may be assessed or the return may be completely denied. A qualified Bykski.us technician will test each returned product for defects.

    Bykski.us will not assess a restocking fee for defective products.

    Sale items  or Pre-owned (if applicable)
    Only regular priced new items may be refunded or returned, unfortunately sale items and Used/Pre-owned/Open box items cannot be refunded.

    Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number provided from support@bykski.us. 

    Return Shipping

    Customers are responsible for ALL return shipping charges on merchandise for any reason. Unless otherwise noted, shipping on products and returns is non-refundable, and returning a product comes at the customer's expense. The customer will be responsible for paying for shipping products/orders back to PrimoChill.com. For no reason, do we refund the outbound shipping cost. If your order was sent using "free shipping," the amount for outbound shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    Please ship using a carrier that provides a tracking number, insurance and proof of delivery. Bykski.us is not responsible for return items lost by the carrier. Valid proof of delivery must include the receipt signature of an authorized Bykski.us employee.

    Erroneous Shipments
    In the event an incorrect item is shipped in your order, the correct item / replacement will be shipped using the same method as the original order.

    Damaged Items
    :  All packages are fully insured at no additional charge.

    If you receive a damaged package, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Sending back damaged merchandise voids the shipping insurance and no credit will be given. Damaged packages must be held for five days with original packaging for carrier inspection.

    Selecting overnight shipping method will not ensure that your order ships same day and is not guaranteed.

    Cancellations/Changes:

    Once an order is placed on our e-commerce website, it cannot be canceled/changed or held. This is because our fully automated systems immediately start processing the order, which cannot be stopped or reversed. Therefore, we advise customers to double-check their orders before making a purchase.

    Additionally, we would like to emphasize that our e-commerce website ships 98.5% of orders on the same day they are placed by 2:00 pm MST. Allowing cancellations after an order is placed would significantly slow down our shipping process and potentially affect the delivery times for other customers.

    We understand that it can be frustrating to be unable to cancel an order, but we ask for your understanding in this matter. By adhering to our cancellation policy, we can ensure that our automated systems and shipping processes continue running smoothly, allowing us to provide fast and efficient service to all our customers.

    We understand that sometimes mistakes can happen, and customers may accidentally order the wrong item or change their minds about a purchase. In such cases, we suggest that customers consider our return policy instead.

    PRE-ORDER ITEMS

    Most of the time pre-ordered items are newly released products and may be subject to price increases and feature changes as more information is provided to us the reseller. 

    The item's packaging (dimensions, weight, additional handling, shipping rate changes), delivery schedule and included options are subject to change and therefore the original estimated price listed and delivery date may change once the final information is received. As we get more information about the packaging, pricing, and inclusions, the final features/pricing may change before fulfillment. 

    In the event of a price change or feature change the customer will be notified immediately and will be given the option to cancel the order, change the order or pay additional funds to cover the increases.
