Description

Bykski CR-RD360TR-TK-V2 radiator is designed as a single row of copper channels.  The thickness of the radiator is 40mm which gives this radiator more cooling surface area.  The water channels and wave fins are made of red copper with a thermal conductivity up to 401 w/(M.K.). There are 12 water channels aligned in a single row.

Warnings

Radiator is formed by a high temperature integrated soldering process. Due to this, there will be a slight color change in the copper, this is a result of the process not rust.

Please pay attention to the length of the screw. If the screw is too long, it will break through the radiator and cause water leakage, voiding warranty .Radiator comes with M3X30mm screws suitable for 120mm fans of 25mm thickness. If you want to install a thinner or thicker fan, please use the right length of the screw. (Fan thickness+5mm max, not included)

Good radiator

Radiator is well made, and looks great. The only downside is how thin the cooling fins are between the water channels. Any nudge or tap will bend them. I had to use a small flat screwdriver to straighten out a few where my finger bumped the radiator while installing fittings, or messing about in my case after install. Bending them back was easy though, just be gentle.

I read that these radiators really need a good flushing moreso than other brands, so I did that. There was next to nothing that came out. I'm sure a little paste was still in there but it was very little, if any, and I flushed it with really hot water into a bucket several times reversing flow each time.

Other than the fuin thing, the radiator does put dissipate heat quite well. Paired with an EK 360x40mm rad, my 5800X3D and 6950XT (@2800MHz) max water temps at 39C while running Cyberpunk at 1440P. CPU doesn't go above 75ish and GPU doesn't go above 60 maxed out. Can definitely feel the heat coming out of the radiator when my hand is placed in front.

Products returned for credit must be received within 30 days of the invoice, and a 15% restocking fee will apply. If your order was sent using "free shipping," the amount for outbound shipping will be deducted from your refund. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All returned items must be in like new condition with all related parts including screws, manuals, etc. If you have lost, thrown away, scratched or opened sealed boxes or bags – a higher restock fee may apply upwards of 50%.

If a customer is misleading about the defect and evidence of incorrect install/use or tampering has occurred, a higher restock fee may be assessed or the return may be completely denied. A qualified Bykski.us technician will test each returned product for defects.

Bykski.us will not assess a restocking fee for defective products.

Sale items  or Pre-owned (if applicable)
Only regular priced new items may be refunded or returned, unfortunately sale items and Used/Pre-owned/Open box items cannot be refunded.

Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number provided from support@bykski.us. 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for ALL return shipping charges on merchandise for any reason. Unless otherwise noted, shipping on products and returns is non-refundable, and returning a product comes at the customer's expense. The customer will be responsible for paying for shipping products/orders back to PrimoChill.com. For no reason, do we refund the outbound shipping cost. If your order was sent using "free shipping," the amount for outbound shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please ship using a carrier that provides a tracking number, insurance and proof of delivery. Bykski.us is not responsible for return items lost by the carrier. Valid proof of delivery must include the receipt signature of an authorized Bykski.us employee.

Erroneous Shipments
In the event an incorrect item is shipped in your order, the correct item / replacement will be shipped using the same method as the original order.

Damaged Items
:  All packages are fully insured at no additional charge.

If you receive a damaged package, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Sending back damaged merchandise voids the shipping insurance and no credit will be given. Damaged packages must be held for five days with original packaging for carrier inspection.

Selecting overnight shipping method will not ensure that your order ships same day and is not guaranteed.

Cancellations/Changes:

Once an order is placed on our e-commerce website, it cannot be canceled/changed or held. This is because our fully automated systems immediately start processing the order, which cannot be stopped or reversed. Therefore, we advise customers to double-check their orders before making a purchase.

Additionally, we would like to emphasize that our e-commerce website ships 98.5% of orders on the same day they are placed by 2:00 pm MST. Allowing cancellations after an order is placed would significantly slow down our shipping process and potentially affect the delivery times for other customers.

We understand that it can be frustrating to be unable to cancel an order, but we ask for your understanding in this matter. By adhering to our cancellation policy, we can ensure that our automated systems and shipping processes continue running smoothly, allowing us to provide fast and efficient service to all our customers.

We understand that sometimes mistakes can happen, and customers may accidentally order the wrong item or change their minds about a purchase. In such cases, we suggest that customers consider our return policy instead.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Most of the time pre-ordered items are newly released products and may be subject to price increases and feature changes as more information is provided to us the reseller. 

The item's packaging (dimensions, weight, additional handling, shipping rate changes), delivery schedule and included options are subject to change and therefore the original estimated price listed and delivery date may change once the final information is received. As we get more information about the packaging, pricing, and inclusions, the final features/pricing may change before fulfillment. 

In the event of a price change or feature change the customer will be notified immediately and will be given the option to cancel the order, change the order or pay additional funds to cover the increases.
