About us
Bykski.us
The US distributor for Bykski water cooling, based in Boise, Idaho. US import duties and tariffs are already in our prices, a US team answers your questions, and in-stock orders ship the same day.
What we sell
Bykski water blocks for GPUs and CPUs, radiators, pumps and reservoirs, fittings, tubing, fans and coolant, plus sealed AIO kits for graphics cards and server CPUs.
US tariffs and import duties are already in the price of every part, so a US order has no customs charge on delivery. Orders shipped outside the US may owe that country's customs fees and duties.
Our Boise team answers compatibility questions and handles returns and warranty claims.
In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM MST ship the same business day.
We pay every employee a living wage. A team that is looked after takes better care of customers.
Returns and warranty
Returns are accepted within 30 days and are easy to start in the support center. Unopened items can be returned for store credit with no restocking fee; other returns carry a restocking fee, higher for items that have been installed or used. Every purchase carries a 1-year warranty covering defects.
Who we support
Bykski.us is the US distributor for the Bykski brand. We support and warranty products bought from Bykski.us. For a Bykski product bought from another seller, please contact that seller.
