Bykski CPU-RAY-MC-M High-Efficiency CPU Water Cooling Block for AMD AM5/AM4 - SWRX8 - STRX4 - TR4 - SP3
The Bykski CPU-RAY-MC-M cools AMD Ryzen 1000 through 9000 series desktop processors alongside Threadripper and EPYC platforms (AM4, AM5, TR4, sTRX4, sWRX8, SP3). Compatibility is determined by the socket mounting pattern across the integrated heat spreader.
Machined from T2 copper with electroless nickel plating, the cold plate uses 113 micro-channels spaced at 0.2 mm to yield 37,699.052 mm2 of heat dissipation area. Standard G1/4 threaded ports with 33.56 mm spacing connect easily to standard cooling loop fittings.

Warranty is repair or replacement. All returns are accepted within 30 days, no questions asked. An installed or used item comes back at a higher restocking fee.
Thermal paste goes on the CPU's integrated heat spreader - do not apply thermal pads to the IHS. Over-tightening the mounting screws can crack an acrylic top or bow the socket retention frame; tighten in a cross pattern, finger tight.
No instructions are included, the installation illustration is in the gallery images. The manufacturer may modify the design, so the delivered product may differ from the images. Qualified users must install it themselves. The manufacturer isn't liable for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, noncompliant operation, or incompatible hardware or fluids. Water block is very large and robust, came with everything needed. Installation was pretty standard for a CPU block. Only issue I had was the block size interfering with main M.2 slot top mounted heat sink so had to forgo that. Temps on a dedicated loop with a 9800x3d, 480 rad with a little over clock has it idle at 38°C, ambient room temp is 24°C. Under load I've never seen it above 60°C. Can't beat it for the price.
Installed this once I got the updated screws for AM5. Has worked great and kept my temperatures steady for my 7800X3D.
