This N-EV3090FTW3-X full-coverage block directly cools the video card core (GPU), graphics memory (RAM), and voltage regulator modules (VRM). By directly cooling these components, you can achieve great temperatures and reach higher overclocks while extending the overall lifespan of your card by running at lower temperatures.
A high-flow design allows multiple blocks to run in series. The block can be configured as parallel or serial designs. In multi-block setups, an additional bridge may be needed, depending on your setup.

Generally, thermal pads should be installed on the card where the block has corresponding raised contact points, except the GPU core, which uses thermal paste. Installing pads on other components can lead to improper contact and poor performance.

Had trouble with putting on to gpu but custom support helped and it all works great now
The block went on nicely, easy to install. I am docking 2 stars for 2 minor issues.
1. The RGB cable broke with very little movement. There is no reason for a cable to be that fragile.
2. Thermal paste cap off in box, thermal paste dried up.
I was hoping to get the EK waterblock but being late in the liquid cooling game for the 3080 Ti FTW3 Ultra, I had to settle for this one. It doesn't disappoint. Does the job and looks great doing it. The RGB cable hooks right up to the card's header and can be programmed just like the stock LEDs. I also connected the 3 120mm fans to the 4 pin header on the card and can control their speed based on the GPU temperature. My only complaint is that the air bubbles can be excessively difficult to get out of the block, but with some patience I was able to clear them out. Reduced temps under full load by 15-20C and now I'm never worried about the card overheating and crashing games.
TLDR: Awesome performance!
I used the water block for my EVGA RTX 3090 FTW3 Ultra in combo with a D5 pump and dual 560mm radiators with my CPU is in a separate loop. For a TIM, I used TG Conductonaut Extreme LM on the die and TG Putty Pro for the VRM and VRAM.
I saw an insane drop while running Cinebench 2024 from 160 F to 82 F with 75 F being ambient!
It was easy to assemble, came with everything I would've needed even if I didn't use a custom TIM. I only use limited RGB so it was awesome that they made it easy to remove the LED strip so seamlessly as well!
My only critique would be to have the surface of the water block make contact with the inductors using only a mm of pad or putty like the block is machined to do with the MOSFETs, VRAM and die. I was able to build up the Putty to make it come in contact with the inductors without to much effort and this is a minor critique because I was going for such an extreme result but it would've been nice to be able to use less Putty (or pads had I gone that route).
No other complaints though and build quality felt solid in every way!
Very good products. Very easy to install. Just wish there was easier manuals or videos to help but otherwise no issues. Support team is very helpful.
