Bykski CPU-7529-SR Durable All Metal CPU Water Block For Intel Xeon 6 - 6900 (LGA 7529) - Continuous Usage
US import duties and tariffs are included in every price.

One copper plate.
A copper water block for a custom loop. Check the compatibility list below against the socket on your motherboard before you order.
Micro-channels 0.3 mm apart
Brass, T2 Copper, Aluminum.
The channels are machined into the copper base. Coolant enters over the centre of the plate, directly above the hottest part of the chip, and spreads out through the channels to both sides.
The nickel finish keeps the copper from tarnishing in the loop.
Check the socket on your board
The block fits the sockets in the compatibility list on this page and nothing else. Look up the socket for your motherboard, not the processor's name. Which socket is my CPU?
The inlet is marked. Use it.
The two ports are not interchangeable. Coolant has to go in through the inlet so it lands on the centre of the plate. Plumbed the wrong way round, the block still works but runs warmer, and nothing about it looks wrong.
Both ports are standard G1/4, so any G1/4 fitting fits.
About this part
The Bykski CPU-7529-SR is a CPU water cooling block built for Intel Xeon 6 processors on the LGA 7529 socket. Machined from brass, aluminum, and T2 copper, the unit features a 0.35 mm thick base plate rated for working pressures up to 6.0 bar.
Heat transfers from the processor IHS through a T2 copper base with 401 W/m-K thermal conductivity. Coolant flows through 65 jet micro-channels measuring 0.3 mm wide across 32,726 mm2 of surface area, while electroless nickel plating measuring 0.001 mm to 0.002 mm thick protects against corrosion.

Check the space around the socket
Fitting the socket is the first question. The second is whether the block has room: it measures 126.70 x 97.70 x 21.99 mm (width includes ports). Check what sits next to the socket on your board.
The usual problem is an M.2 heatsink right beside the socket. The first memory slot and tall heatsinks around the socket are the next things to check.
Four things decide your temperatures
- 01Clean the CPU and the plate, and peel the film. Isopropyl on both until they are dry. Protective film left on the base is the most common cause of a block that "doesn't work".
- 02Paste on the CPU, not a pad. A pea-sized dot on a desktop CPU. Thin lines from edge to edge on Threadripper, EPYC and Xeon, where a single dot misses the outer chiplets.
- 03Tighten in a cross pattern, finger tight. A turn at a time on each screw. Over-tightening can crack the top or bend the socket's retention frame.
- 04Inlet to the inlet, then leak-test before power. Run the pump alone for 30 minutes with paper towel under every joint.
No paper instructions in the box. The installation illustration is in the product images above.

Questions people ask about this part
Answers specific to CPU-7529-SR. If yours isn't here, ask — we'd rather talk you out of the wrong part than sell you one.

Do I need a backplate?
Which port is the inlet?
Will it clear the parts around my socket?
Can I use it with an aluminum radiator?

Ask us before you order
Send your exact hardware model and we'll confirm the right part before you spend $139.99 — or tell you honestly that this isn't the one.
Returns are accepted within 30 days and are easy to start in the support center. Unopened items can be returned for store credit with no restocking fee; other returns carry a restocking fee, higher for items that have been installed or used.
What decides whether a block fits is the mounting hole pattern, not the socket name.
Nine patterns cover everything below. Inside a pattern, blocks are interchangeable, which is why one block can honestly say LGA 115x / 1200 or AM4 / AM5. A socket revision that breaks CPU compatibility usually leaves cooler compatibility alone.

Two sockets with the same mounting pattern take the same block. Two sockets with different patterns do not, whatever the CPU names have in common. If your socket is not on this chart, ask us before you order.
