Bykski CPU-XPR-MK-I-V4 CPU Water Cooling Block for Intel (LGA 115x / 1200 / 20xx)
US import duties and tariffs are included in every price.

Two sockets.
One copper plate.
A copper water block for LGA 115x / LGA 2011 / 2066. The mounting kit in the box covers every socket listed on this page.
77 channels, 0.2 mm apart
Nickel-plated T2 copper base, PMMA top, aluminum trim.
The channels are machined into the copper base. Coolant enters over the centre of the plate, directly above the hottest part of the chip, and spreads out through the channels to both sides.
The nickel finish keeps the copper from tarnishing in the loop.
Check the socket on your board
The block fits the sockets below and nothing else. Look up the socket for your motherboard, not the processor's name. Which socket is my CPU?
The inlet is marked. Use it.
The two ports are not interchangeable. Coolant has to go in through the inlet so it lands on the centre of the plate. Plumbed the wrong way round, the block still works but runs warmer, and nothing about it looks wrong.
Both ports are standard G1/4, so any G1/4 fitting fits.
About this part
The Bykski CPU-XPR-MK-I-V4 CPU water cooling block pairs a nickel-plated T2 copper base with an acrylic top and a black aluminum outer trim plate. Its cooling engine uses 77 micro-channels with 0.2 mm jet spacing to draw thermal energy away from the CPU integrated heat spreader across a 24,412.717 mm2 micro-channel surface area.
A recirculating loop jet structure directs fluid across the central cooling area while integrated addressable RGB lighting illuminates the clear fluid path. Standard G1/4 female ports support standard custom loop fittings on the 92.00 x 92.00 mm body.

Check the space around the socket
Fitting the socket is the first question. The second is whether the block has room: it measures 92.00 x 92.00 x 23.00 mm. Check what sits next to the socket on your board.
The usual problem is an M.2 heatsink right beside the socket. The first memory slot and tall heatsinks around the socket are the next things to check.
5V 3-pin ARGB only
The lighting strip plugs into a 5V 3-pin addressable header, labelled ARGB or ADD_HEADER on most boards, or into an ARGB controller.
Four things decide your temperatures
- 01Clean the CPU and the plate, and peel the film. Isopropyl on both until they are dry. Protective film left on the base is the most common cause of a block that "doesn't work".
- 02Paste on the CPU, not a pad. A pea-sized dot on a desktop CPU. Thin lines from edge to edge on Threadripper, EPYC and Xeon, where a single dot misses the outer chiplets.
- 03Tighten in a cross pattern, finger tight. A turn at a time on each screw. Over-tightening can crack the top or bend the socket's retention frame.
- 04Inlet to the inlet, then leak-test before power. Run the pump alone for 30 minutes with paper towel under every joint.
No paper instructions in the box. The installation illustration is in the product images above.

Questions people ask about this part
Answers specific to CPU-XPR-MK-I-V4-BK. If yours isn't here, ask — we'd rather talk you out of the wrong part than sell you one.
Will it fit my CPU?
Do I need a backplate?
Which port is the inlet?
Will it clear the parts around my socket?
Can I use it with an aluminum radiator?

Ask us before you order
Send your exact hardware model and we'll confirm the right part before you spend $103.99 — or tell you honestly that this isn't the one.
Returns are accepted within 30 days and are easy to start in the support center. Unopened items can be returned for store credit with no restocking fee; other returns carry a restocking fee, higher for items that have been installed or used.
What decides whether a block fits is the mounting hole pattern, not the socket name.
Nine patterns cover everything below. Inside a pattern, blocks are interchangeable, which is why one block can honestly say LGA 115x / 1200 or AM4 / AM5. A socket revision that breaks CPU compatibility usually leaves cooler compatibility alone.

Two sockets with the same mounting pattern take the same block. Two sockets with different patterns do not, whatever the CPU names have in common. If your socket is not on this chart, ask us before you order.
