The 3x120mm radiator paired with a high-efficiency pump and sealed loop design ensures stable CPU temperatures under sustained, high-core workloads typical of server and workstation environments. Its robust construction and low-maintenance AIO architecture make it ideal for dense racks or small-form server chassis where space and airflow are constrained.

A high-flow microfin waterblock maximizes heat transfer from large EPYC IHS surfaces, while the 3x120mm radiator optimizes airflow in front-to-back server layouts. The closed-loop design ships pre-filled and pre-bled for straightforward installation and dependable operation, minimizing downtime and service intervals.

Before you install it

This is a component, not an assembly — how it goes in depends on the loop it is joining. What does not change is the last step: leak test before power. Run the pump on a bench supply with the rest of the system unpowered. 24 hours is the standard, an hour is the minimum.

Custom water cooling is installed by you, at your own risk. We are not responsible for leaks, or for damage to your parts or system. If you're unsure at any step, ask before you power the loop.
