Bykski Durable 4x80mm 2U Server AIO Liquid CPU Cooler For Dual AMD EPYC SP5 (LGA 6096) (B-FRDSRSP5-80X-V3)
Inline pump 4 x 80 radiator, clears a 2U Sealed, filled, bled
Server CPU AIO · Dual AMD EPYC SP5 LGA 6096 · dual socket

Sealed. Filled. Bled.

A complete liquid cooler for Dual AMD EPYC SP5 LGA 6096, sealed at the factory. Two copper blocks, one on each IHS, in series on one loop; the 4 x 80 mm radiator carries the heat out the back of a 2U chassis with its own four fans. Fit the block, mount the radiator, plug in. No filling, no bleeding, no leak test.

Where the heat goes

Heat leaves through the radiator, not into the rest of the machine

A stock heatsink only moves the heat the chassis fans push through it. This kit takes the heat off the IHS into the coolant and out through a 4 x 80 mm radiator with its own four fans, straight out the back of a 2U, instead of soaking the memory and the drives beside the socket.

An 80 mm fan fits inside a 2U's 88 mm of internal height. A 120 mm fan does not. That is the whole reason this family exists.

Built for a socket that never gets a break. A Dual AMD EPYC SP5 LGA 6096 at full load for hours is what this cooler is sized for, and on this kit both sockets share one sealed loop and one radiator.

The inline pump, exploded: housing, impeller and the two tubing connections
The part you cannot see in a photo

The pump is inline, not on the block

On most all-in-one coolers the pump is built into the block. On this kit it is inline, in the tubing between the block and the radiator, and nothing is mounted to the board. The round cap on the block is a logo, not a pump.

There is nothing to mount and nothing vibrating against the socket. Because the pump is not pressing against anything, it runs quieter than a pump built into a block, and the block stays a flat plate held at even pressure by the socket's own retention frame.

It is compact and powerful: a 40 mm can, 51 mm tall, moving 450 liters an hour, at 7000 RPM on a 4-pin PWM header.

Dual socket

One sealed loop. Two sockets.

Two copper blocks in series on one loop and one radiator. The coolant leaves the radiator, crosses the first block, then the second, and comes back. Both sockets see the same inline pump and the same 4 x 80 radiator.

Nothing is joined on your bench: both blocks arrive on the tubing, filled and bled. Two mounting kits for Dual AMD EPYC SP5 LGA 6096 are in the box, one per socket.

This is the opposite of our GPU kits, where one radiator serves one card. A CPU socket at full load is a smaller heat source than a data-center GPU, and two of them fit inside what this radiator can reject.

About this part

This sealed dual-socket server liquid cooler arrives pre-assembled, pre-filled, and pre-bled with two CPU blocks, an inline pump, tubing, and a 4x80mm radiator. Nothing is opened, filled, or bled during installation.

High-core-count AMD EPYC processors run sustained server workloads where air heatsinks dump heat across memory and drives. This closed loop routes heat from both SP5 sockets directly out the chassis exhaust. The 7000 RPM inline pump sits in the tubing rather than on the motherboard, eliminating vibration at the CPU sockets while maintaining even contact pressure.

Compatibility is decided by the socket, not the CPU model

Machined for Dual AMD EPYC SP5 LGA 6096

Every CPU on this socket shares one mounting pattern, so the block fits the socket, not a model number. This kit ships with the mounting kit for Dual AMD EPYC SP5 LGA 6096 and no other. Server and workstation sockets do not share patterns: if your board's socket is not the one on this page, it is not this kit. If you are not sure which socket you have, send us the board's model before you order.

Measure before you order

Two things have to fit: the radiator with its fans, standing across the airflow path, and the block on the socket with the tubing reaching between them. Everything here is the same on every 2U kit we sell except the block, which is sized to the socket.

01Radiator, end to end355.61 mm
02Radiator depth with the fans fitted87.5 mm
03Internal height of a 2U opening, which the 80 mm fans clearabout 88 mm
04Pump, inline on the tubing40 x 51 mm
05Block for this socket, length x width115.30 x 94.71 mm
06Block height above the IHS24.00 mm
07Kit laid out straight, radiator to block (reference only)410 mm
Measure the chassis height and the airflow path. A 2U opening is about 88 mm, which an 80 mm fan clears and a 120 mm fan does not. The radiator needs 355.61 mm along the airflow path and 87.5 mm of depth with the fans fitted. The 410 mm figure is the kit stretched out straight, not a clearance you need: the hoses bend, and the pump tucks wherever there is room.

Questions people ask about this cooler

Answers specific to B-FRDSRSP5-80X-V3. If yours isn't here, ask — we'd rather talk you out of the wrong part than sell you one.

Do I have to build a loop?
No. It arrives sealed, filled and bled. Remove the stock heatsink, paste the IHS, fit the block, mount the radiator and plug in the fans and the pump. No filling, no bleeding, no leak test, and no coolant to buy.
What is in the box for the thermal interface?
Thermal paste for the IHS, and nothing else is needed: a CPU block has no memory or power stages to pad. The mounting kit for the socket on this page is in the box.
Will it fit my CPU?
Compatibility is decided by the socket, not the CPU model. Every CPU on Dual AMD EPYC SP5 LGA 6096 shares one mounting pattern, and this kit ships the mounting kit for that socket and no other. Server and workstation sockets do not share patterns, so if your board has a different socket it is not this kit. Part number B-FRDSRSP5-80X-V3.
Will the radiator fit my chassis?
This is the 2U kit. An 80 mm fan fits inside a 2U opening of about 88 mm and a 120 mm fan does not, which is why this family exists. The radiator needs 355.61 mm along the airflow path and 87.5 mm of depth with the fans fitted.
Why is the pump not on the block?
It is inline, in the tubing between the block and the radiator. Nothing is mounted to the board and nothing vibrates against the socket, so it runs quieter than a pump built into a block. The round cap on the block is a logo, not a pump. The loop is sealed, so the pump is not a part you service.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes. A pre-order can be cancelled any time before it ships, for a full refund. Nothing is committed until it leaves Boise.
How does one kit cool two sockets?
Two blocks in series on one loop and one radiator: the coolant leaves the radiator, crosses the first block, then the second, and returns. Both blocks arrive on the tubing, filled and bled, with a mounting kit for each socket.
