All fail seal fail or threads in the acrylic are so than after taking it apart to clean replace the o ring etc. The threads that made the screws snug and tight are now not their now it's up to the buyer to find screws and thread pitch to make it work. Not to mention they have no need to install thread inserts like do on the pump mount. Pay a premium price multiple times and get a discount after the third. Please pick up the case send it back to us here's your rma and we will either exchange it or fix it. Will I gave them plenty of times to fix the same problem that every one is having. Ill use them for small items but not cases.
This is a beuatiful and really easy-to-build case. Once you have everything you need to build on your hands you can finish it really fast. I have only 2 "complains":
1. I wish it could have in-built USB connectors and/or audio jack.
2. The inlet ports at the back of the case doesnt align with most of the commercial radiators. It is really hard to install any other radiator different than Bykski with hard tubbing. I recommend to use soft tubbing instead.
Other than that, this case is just awesome.
If you are liquid cooling your system and want the best aesthetics with the simplest setup, this is an easy call if you have the cash for it. Open air design with liquid cooling offers the lowest temps.
I am really surprised with the quality and performance of the Bykski brand.
I got the G20 Case, the GPU Full Cover Block 4080, pump, fittings, extenders and quick release valves.
Since in Brazil we don't have the Bykski stores, I had bought the CPU Water Block (for I9 14900K) from Bykski throught AliExpress. Unfortunately, the transporter lost my order during Christmas and I am in a process of refund.
