Return Policy for New Products:

Products returned for credit must be received within 20 days of invoice date and a 15% restocking fee will apply. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All returned items must be in like new condition with all related parts including screws, manuals, etc. If you have lost, thrown away, scratched or opened sealed boxes or bags – a higher restock fee may apply upwards of 50%.
If a customer is misleading about the defect and evidence of incorrect install/use or tampering has occurred, a higher restock fee may be assessed or the return may be completely denied. A qualified Bykski.us technician will test each returned product for defects.
Bykski.us will not assess a restocking fee for defective products.
Sale items or Pre-owned (if applicable)
Only regular priced new items may be refunded or returned, unfortunately sale items and Used/Pre-owned/Open box items cannot be refunded.
Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number provided from email@example.com.
Customers are responsible for ALL return shipping charges on merchandise for any reason. Unless otherwise noted, shipping on products and returns is non-refundable, and returning a product comes at the expense of the customer. Customer will be responsible for paying shipping products/orders back to Bykski.us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please ship using a carrier that provides a tracking number, insurance and proof of delivery. Bykski.us is not responsible for return items lost by the carrier. Valid proof of delivery must include the receipt signature of an authorized Bykski.us employee.
In the event an incorrect item is shipped in your order, the correct item / replacement will be shipped using the same method as the original order.
Damaged Items: All packages are fully insured at no additional charge.
If you receive a damaged package, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Sending back damaged merchandise voids the shipping insurance and no credit will be given. Damaged packages must be held for five days with original packaging for carrier inspection.
If a shipped order is refused or returned undelivered there will be a mandatory 20% restocking fee, a $20.00 Return Service Fee and no refund on the shipping cost. Please be aware that refusal is significantly more expensive then using your own carrier and is NOT recommended.Please note: Refusal of packages due to duties and taxes will still result in brokerage fees and return shipping costs to us being deducted from your refund. These fees are usually higher than what paying the initial fees would have been.
Selecting overnight shipping method will not ensure that your order ships same day and is not guaranteed.
Any and all orders over $100.00USD that are cancelled will have a 10% restock fee assessed, unless an in-store credit is issued for future purchases, then the restock fee is waived. Please double check your orders before checkout! Combining of orders/changes of orders is not permitted and cancelling and re-order will place your order to the back of the queue. We offer heavily discounted shipping rates to offset any additional items you may need. We will not refund shipping costs for any reason.
